Aihui (pronounced i-we) founded and sold two companies. One was named one of America’s fastest-growing companies by Inc. 500. As a business owner, her core belief is that every customer should be treated like the first customer of the business. However, as her businesses grew, she experienced firsthand how building personal relationships at scale was close to impossible.

Mike spent over a decade building enterprise technology used by companies like Bank of America and Allianz, before later working at Amazon Web Services and helping scale Ardius before its acquisition by Gusto.
